These Terms of Purchase (“Terms”) apply when you purchase products through lumiazos.com (the “Site”). The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to lumiazos.com.
These Terms should be read together with our Terms of Use, Privacy Notice, Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy. By placing an order through lumiazos.com, you agree to these Terms.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer law.

We take reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, measurements and other information on lumiazos.com are accurate.
Colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on your device, screen settings and lighting. Measurements may also vary within any reasonable tolerances stated on the relevant product page.
If a product is faulty, damaged, misdescribed or materially different from what you ordered, please contact us. Your available remedies will be handled in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy and your statutory rights.
5. Prices and Payment
Prices are displayed in the currency shown on lumiazos.com and may change from time to time. The price charged will be the price displayed when you place your order, subject to the correction of obvious errors.

6. Pricing Errors
If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price, we may contact you before dispatch and offer you the choice of continuing at the correct price or cancelling the affected item.
If we cancel an item because of a pricing error, we will refund any payment already taken for that item.

Product availability can change without notice. Adding a product to your basket does not reserve it.

8. Shipping and Delivery
We will arrange delivery to the address provided at checkout. Shipping and delivery are also subject to our Shipping Policy.
Where limited stock is available in our UK warehouse, your order may be dispatched locally. Other orders may be dispatched from one of our international fulfilment locations.
Delivery estimates, where shown, are provided for guidance only. Delivery may be affected by product availability, carriers, customs processes, severe weather, public holidays or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We will provide updates where reasonably possible.
Products remain at our risk until they come into your physical possession, or the possession of a person you have identified to receive them, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

9. Cancellations, Returns and Refunds
Cancellations, returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.
Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights, including your rights where a product is faulty, damaged, misdescribed or incorrectly supplied.
Refunds approved by us will normally be returned to the original payment method unless another method is agreed or required by law.
10. Voluntary Guarantees
Where a voluntary money-back or satisfaction guarantee is offered on lumiazos.com, it applies subject to the conditions stated with that guarantee or in the relevant Guarantee Terms.
Any voluntary guarantee is provided in addition to your statutory rights and does not replace, restrict or remove them.
11. Taxes and Duties
Any taxes or mandatory charges collected by us will be displayed before you complete your order.
Orders delivered outside the United Kingdom may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs charges imposed by the destination country. Where these charges are not collected by us and have been clearly disclosed before purchase, they are the responsibility of the recipient.

The Terms in effect when your order is accepted will normally apply to that purchase. Later changes will not normally affect an order already accepted unless the law requires otherwise.
