When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your basket. An order confirmation acknowledges that we have received your order but does not necessarily mean that it has been accepted.
Your order is accepted when we send confirmation that it has been dispatched. If we cannot accept your order, we will let you know and refund any payment already taken for the affected products.
We may refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including if:
- A product is unavailable
- Payment cannot be authorised
- Product or pricing information contains a clear error
- We suspect fraud, misuse or unauthorised activity
- An order exceeds a stated purchase limit
- Delivery is not available to the address provided

Products are sold for personal or household use unless we agree otherwise. They must not be purchased for unauthorised commercial resale.

The price charged will be the price displayed when you place your order, subject to the correction of obvious errors. Any delivery charges, taxes or other applicable fees will be shown before you confirm your purchase.
Prices and promotions may change without notice, but changes will not affect orders already accepted.

Section 5 – Shipping and Delivery
We will arrange delivery to the address provided at checkout. Please check your delivery details carefully before submitting your order.
Where limited stock is available in our UK warehouse, your order may be dispatched locally. Other orders may be dispatched from one of our international fulfilment locations.
Delivery estimates shown during checkout or in order communications are estimates only and may be affected by carriers, customs processes, severe weather, public holidays or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We will provide updates where reasonably possible.
Products remain at our risk until they come into your physical possession, or the possession of a person you have identified to receive them, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

Section 6 – Cancellations, Returns and Refunds
Cancellations, returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.
Any voluntary returns, satisfaction guarantees or promotional guarantees we offer are provided in addition to your statutory rights. Nothing in these Terms or our policies limits your rights in relation to faulty, damaged, misdescribed or incorrectly supplied products.

lumiazos.com is powered by Shopify. However, purchases made through lumiazos.com are made directly with lumiazos.com. Shopify is not the seller of the products and is not responsible for fulfilling orders, providing refunds or resolving product-related disputes.

Personal data submitted through the Services is handled in accordance with our Privacy Notice.
Because lumiazos.com is hosted by Shopify, Shopify may also process certain personal data in accordance with the Shopify Privacy Policy.
Section 11 – Feedback, Reviews and Other Content

If you are a consumer living in the United Kingdom, this choice of law does not deprive you of any mandatory protections provided by the laws of the part of the United Kingdom in which you live.
